VICE PRESIDENT, ENTERPRISE SALES & MARKETING, PRODUCTIVITY POINT INTERNATIONAL, Los Angeles, CA Productivity Point (Knowledge Universe – Milken Education Group) was a corporate eLearning and training company developing and delivering technology training and custom eLearning for Fortune 100 companies in the technology, financial, government, and pharmaceutical marketplace. Responsibilities included national sales management; business strategy and policy; marketing and public relations; quality assurance/client satisfaction; strategic partnerships; employee training; proposal development; contract negotiation; localization oversight; and budgeting. Duties also included developing, writing, and editing all marketing collateral and sales materials such as multimedia presentations, speeches, and on-line demonstrations; technical proposals; product data specifications and user documentation; sales forecasting reports; internal promotions; and training materials. Responsibilities included serving on the executive teams to define corporate goals, products, and policies; strategic planning and oversight for sales, marketing, public relations, market research, advertising, business development, events, proposals, and contract development; and leading and training national sales, marketing, PR, and technical teams. Developed and implemented on-line and mobile advertising and branding strategies; produced website content, entertainment content, games, and multimedia applications; facilitated partner and client relations; and provided oversight of external public relations and marcom firms. Responsibilities also included community outreach; conducting focus groups; and identifying potential products and vendors for the New Mexico Technology Deployment Pilot Project grant funded by DARPA for the U.S. Department of Energy in partnership with Sandia National Labs and Laguna Industries. Responsibilities also included coordinating federal government grant activities; grant writing and management; supervising doctoral students; creating new media opportunities; and serving as co-director of the UNM New Media Center.

Directed internal communications, developer support, and national and international marketing campaigns and events for multiple product lines and channels with emphasis on education markets. Managed $2M international product introduction. Designed channel strategies, directed consumer preference research, conducted pre-release product feasibility research, and managed quality assurance programs. Directed worldwide disability programs including the Alliance for Technology Access. Achieved $12M in individual sales in one year. Managed $250M worldwide product line and developed end-of-life program for North America, Australia and UK. Grant reviewer and advisor for Apple Foundation grants.
